  • Two-step sign-in. A code on the phone for the administration and the bursary.
  • An encrypted backup every night. Years of work no longer depend on a single computer.

Prices in CFA francs, per enrolled student per year. Beyond 1,000 students, the following students are charged 20% less. School groups and congregations (Network plan): 10% off per school from the third school onwards.

Questions

What schools ask us

Do we need to install anything?

No. The school signs in at its 7Campus address from an up-to-date browser on a computer. Parents install the Family app from the link the school gives them.

What happens when the internet goes down?

Online 7Campus needs a connection to save your work. Parents can still read their latest messages offline. For schools where the connection is too unreliable, a box installed at the school that works without internet is in preparation.

Do you support the English-speaking subsystem?

Yes. The same school can run English-speaking and French-speaking classes: terms with continuous assessment and exams, report cards in English, and screens in English or French as each user prefers.

Can we start in the middle of the year?

Yes. Your students, fees, payments already received and marks from past sequences are imported from Excel, and the next receipts and report cards take them into account.

Can parents pay by Mobile Money?

Yes, to the school's MTN and Orange numbers or merchant codes, shown in the Family app with the student number to quote. The bursary then records the payment and the parent gets a receipt.

Is our data safe?

Each school sees only its own data. Administration and bursary accounts are protected by a one-time code on the phone. Data is backed up every night, encrypted. Sensitive operations are written to a log that cannot be erased.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Nothing is lost: everything can still be viewed, printed and exported. Choose a plan to keep entering marks and collecting fees.
